Do You Offer An ACTIVE MILITARY / VETERAN Discount?
We are proud to offer a 10% discount to those who have put their lives on the line to keep us safe! Please email us a copy of your government issued ID at sales@impactwiringsolutions.com or text to 872.243.5820 and you will be issued a personal code.

When Will I Get My Order?
We will always try to get your order out the same day if it is placed before 2 PM CST. If it is placed after 2 PM CST then it will go out the next business day. If for some unexpected reason something is out of stock we will notify via email & phone call. Delivery time will depend on many factors, such as the shipping you purchased (UPS Ground, Red Label, etc.), weather, etc.

How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
You can change your saved shipping address by going to My Account page. Choose the “Addresses” menu item to edit your address.

How Do I Track My Order?
We will always email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Yes, we are based out of Illinois. Illinois is an origin-based sales tax state. The sales tax rate is currently 6.25%

Do You Ship Internationally?
We do not ship out of the continental USA without special arrangements and shipping fees. Please Contact Us for overseas orders and shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.

Will All My Items Come In One Package?
We will always do our best to combine shipping whenever possible to save you money on shipping!

What Is Your Returns Policy?
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned Items. Please contact us for an RMA to initiate any returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Can I Change Or Cancel My Order After Its Been Submitted?
If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed but has not been shipped yet, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee, plus applicable credit card / billing processing fees. Exceptions to this policy are solely at the discretion of Impact Wiring Solutions and will depend on the situation and how quickly you notify us.

Can I Pre-Order A Sold Out Item?
Our shopping cart will allow you to place an order for back-ordered items. This is the status we use if we believe the product will arrive in the near future. If the product may be out of stock for a while, you have the option on the product page to be notified by email when we get it back in stock.

How Do You Process Refunds?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Do You Offer Exchanges?
The only time we replace items if they are defective or damaged.

I Entered The Incorrect Shipping Address, What Do I Do?
Contact us as soon as possible, hopefully before your order has been shipped. If your order has shipped we will attempt to have UPS change the delivery address, however, this isn't always possible on UPS's end.

How Do I Return An Order?
Please Contact Us first before shipping your product back, we’ll need to approve your return based on our policy, and we have an RMA form you’ll need to fill out in order to get credit.

I Want You To Wire My Race Car / Bike, How Do We Get Started?
The first step is for us to get some info on your project, please use the Contact Us page, we will then email you our "Motorsports Wiring Form" to get some more information and we’ll take it from there.

Would You Travel To My Location To Wire My Project?
Would you ask a surgeon to come to your house to fix your heart or brain? Anyone wiring cars on site is going to be forced to cut corners, no matter how good they are.
