Are you are tired of crimping the legs of a standard style resistor into the terminals of your preferred connector and hoping they don't break as you insert them into the the connector body?
Well, so were we and we just knew there had to be a better way, and we are excited to offer the solution we found.
We designed a PCB board that is about 3mm long, in the middle we have a surface mounted 1/4 watt 120 ohm resistor with pads on opposing sides for the wires to be soldered to. For ease of use, we install the resistor for you, as well as, pre-tin the wire pads.
All you have to do is solder your wires to the pre-tinned pads and cover with the adhesive lined Raychem SCL we include with our kit.
Note: We have hundreds of different resistors in stock, if your application requires a different resistor than 120Ω just send us an email to sales@impactwiringsolutions.com and we would be happy to custom tailor a solution for you!
